Faye and Louise Grant, along with their two children welcomed their first guests to Netherdale House in 2018 opening as a boutique Bed and Breakfast after an extensive 18 month programme of renovation and restoration. The B listed Georgian mansion become home to the family in 2016 who continue to live in the East wing and rear of the house today.

Guests can enjoy the grandeur of the elegant Drawing room with its fine antiques, large open fire or relax in the Deveron lounge - a cosy snug with bespoke whisky barrel bar and doors opening to the front lawn, perfect to enjoy a dram whilst watching the sun set on the river below.  There is also a Games room with a full size snooker table.  All six guest suites have been individually designed, with large walk in showers, luxurious linens and are all located in the West wing, south westerly facing enjoying specular sun sets on the river.

 

Faye's membership of the local Marie Curie Fundraising committee resulted in an idea to convert the tractor barn in the grounds into an events space for hosting fundraising events, and the first event was to be a fundraising Dinner Dance in memory of Faye's Mum who sadly passed away in 2016.  In March 2019, the barn hosted its first 'Spring Fling' raising funds for Marie Curie.  Louise's Dad led the work to convert the old tractor barn into a unique events space with capacity for 150 seated guests - with whitewashed wooden ceiling, victorian style panelling, and wagon wheel lighting. To the rear of the Hooley is a large patio area flanked with mature trees, stunning views of the Deveron valley and a chunky wooden large pavilion which perfect for outdoor ceremonies and drinks receptions.  Granda Grant went on to convert a former log shed and hen hoose into a cosy 'Sitooterie' - a rustic under cover seating area with its own outdoor bar, festoon lighting complete with patio area and large fire pit.

In the 2020-2021 'Lock Down' period, Faye and Louise set about converting the Coach House in the grounds and refurbished to a high standard comparable to the luxury of Netherdale House.  The Coach House provides self catering accommodation for up to 12 guests, comprising a fabulous outdoor entertaining space with Hot tub, Fire Pit and its own wee 'Sitooterie' to relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside.

In addition to hosting Weddings, Netherdale House and welcome small groups of family and friends, Corporate groups, Television crews and Wellness Retreats.  The Coach House and Netherdale House can be booked individually. Activities available onsite include Whisky and Gin tasting, Axe Throwing, Air Rifle targets, Archery and Clay Pigeon Shooting along with Mini Highland Games
